Calendar Event Request Form
Use the following form to submit a request to book a room in the Huntington Lakes Clubhouse. Please be sure to click on the desired room under “Resources” on the form and provide your name and contact info. Please note that any room requests submitted more than 6 months prior to event date will be automatically denied and will need to be resubmitted within the 6 month time-frame.
